Booth Guidelines:

• 2 Licensed artists per 10x10 booth space

• Maximum 30x10 available per studio/artist

• $40 minimum event  service fee for piercing

• ​$60 minimum event service fee for tattoos

• 18 years old age minimum with state/government issued ID required for all expo tattoo/piercing clients.

Each artist must complete and mail to the Arkansas State Health Dept.:

Artist License Application, Current BBP certificate, and out of state license fee of $50( if applicable) NO LATER THAN NOV 1st!

**If you fail to meet the Artist event license application deadline you CANNOT tattoo/pierce at this event and we cannot guarantee any refund on booth fees.

Booths Include:

• sharps container

• trashcan

• pipe and drape

• One 6x6 table & 2 chairs per 10x10 space

• 2 Complimentary weekend passes per booth up to 6 passes for max booth space (30x10)

• Social media promotion: cross platform promotion of each artist and shop. We ask that you provide the artist and shop accounts you would prefer tagged in promotional posts.

• 10x10 - $300

• 20x10 - $500

• 30x10 - $700
